Fatigue Life Analysis of Bearing in Oscillatory Applications based on Ncode DesignLife

Abstract Aiming at the fatigue life of bearing in oscillatory applications, through analysis equivalent load each part is calculated. Taking 7005 angular contact ball as research object, stress changes component are obtained transient dynamic model, analyzed based on damage theory, and obtained. The results show that rolling element bearings weak failure under given working condition, it more reasonable to design service shafting structure with an element, which provides reference measures for improving oscillated bearing.
